When I left, he was completely centered on his back under the toy. We have never seen him roll from back to tummy.
How did this happen??

First of all, Cami has that same Boppy Bouncer chair. Love it.
Second, I bet he scooted. Cami does that all the time. She can't go tummy to back, but she fell off the bed by arching her back and pushing off her legs. (well, I guess I can't know that for sure, since of course I didn't sit there and watch her do it)
How funny! Sneaky little guy apparently has more skill than you guys know about!!
It's so fun to see you as a Mom, Joanna! I love the stories and pictures! So was reflex the problem in the end or are you still headed to a neurologist?
I think he probably scooted himself by kicking back with his legs--the same way he scooted on teh changing table--watch out he will be mobile before you know it!
